​Position Description

Job Title / Type: Project Coordinator - Marketing / Full Time

Location: Overland Park, KS

Direct Supervisor: Director of Brand Development

​

Position:

We're looking for a Project Coordinator- Marketing to support our Brand and Marketing team with the production of brand assets. The Project Coordinator will support the day-to-day functions of the Marketing and Brand team, ensuring all brand projects are planned and executed using our project management system and assets are delivered on time.

​

What You'll Be Doing:​

​

  • Will use project management software to collect and create projects and tasks based on defined project scope

  • Task buildout to collect key project information and remove roadblocks to ensure tasks properly flow into calendars and other tracking systems

  • Will organize project timelines based on standard operating procedures and timetables

  • Monitor tasks to ensure deadlines are met and projects move forward

  • Work interdepartmentally to circulate reviews, revisions, and approvals

  • Distributes assets for proofreading ahead of deployment to ensure quality

  • Reports on project metrics and KPIs

  • Act as a point of contact for Design requests for cross-functional teams throughout the company

Desired Skills & Experience:

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent team player

  • Needs to be VERY detail oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.

  • Will need to be well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate knowledge of Excel; experience using shared system resources (e.g., Google Sheets, SharePoint, Teams).

  • Able to multi-task accurately under pressure with exceptional flexibility.

  • Able to produce quality work with strict deadlines.

Requirements:

In order to perform the responsibilities of this positions, candidates must fulfill the below requirements:

  • Legal authorization to work in the US

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field and/or equivalent training or a combination of educational and professional experience

  • 2+ years in project support, sales support, or a similar administrative role

  • Experience with Asana software, preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Project, preferred
