Position Description

Job Title / Type: Business Analyst / Full Time

Location: Overland Park, KS

Position: The Business Analyst will support the Business Development team by providing customer sales insights, category/customer trends and market research, while assisting the department Director.

Direct Supervisor: Matt Clark



  • Support and assist the business development team by providing detailed sales trend analysis, highlighting business opportunities and challenges

  • Responsible for retail customer POS reporting on a weekly and monthly basis through multiple retailer specific systems

  • Creation of ad hoc reports that deliver sales insights to brand, product and business development teams

  • Perform category and channel analysis for customer(s) to drive company and category growth

  • Monitoring and analyzing product price, sales and profit margins

  • Conduct retail market analysis of relevant retailers and relevant product lines in the current marketplace

  • Collaborate with cross functional departments to compile data and communicate business updates and insights

In order to perform the responsibilities of this positions, candidates must fulfill the below requirements:

  • Legal authorization to work in the US

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information systems or related fields

  • 2-5 years related experience
