Job Title / Type: Operation Analyst / Full Time
Location: Overland Park, KS
Direct Supervisor: Operations Manager
The Operations department handles inventory from beginning to end, including demand planning, forecasting, procurement, international shipping, warehouse inventory management, and order fulfillment. This position will be assisting primarily with the inventory management and order fulfillment portion of the process to start, with room to grow. In 2022, the Operations team will be working together to assist in the implementation of a new ERP system for the company.
This position will require on average 5-15 hours of work per week towards the ERP implementation until it launches in approximately January 2023. As such, applicants need to be well versed and very comfortable in Microsoft Excel. This is a requirement of the position. The Operations Analyst also needs to have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, must be extremely reliable, and must be comfortable in a growing and changing work environment.

Legal authorization to work in the US
Bachelor’s Degree required
0-2+ years’ experience in operations, customer service or order fulfillment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
