Graphic Designer

Insight 2 Design, Inc. designs, develops, markets, & sells outdoor products to several major brands and directly to retailers. We are currently seeking a full time Graphic Designer to join the team. You will work side-by-side with other designers and product and brand managers to create compelling product stories for our brands through content and graphics. Our team is motivated and talented, and seeking someone who loves what we do. We are a tight knit group of designers that work in a non-corporate environment.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, have a keen eye for design, and rigorous attention to detail. They will work closely with the marketing team creating and executing packaging designs, concepts, supporting graphics, and visual images for the brands we support. This role requires creating packaging templates, branding, point of purchase displays, marketing materials – print and online, social media content and any other task assigned to help the team.

Essential Skills:

Advanced Adobe Creative Suite product knowledge
Solid graphic design experience and knowledge
Willingness to learn new software platforms
Highly self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Well-built skills in organization, time management, and ability to work under tight project deadlines.
Strong sketching skills with the ability to explain the strategy behind the design.
Self-motivated with dedication to quality, both in the creative sense, and the work environment.
Desire to learn about the industry, customers, competitors, and products.
Entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take on responsibility and lend a hand when needed.
Packaging experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in graphic design and/or marketing related field.
1 - 2 years of graphic design or marketing related experience.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Produce quality content through the use of strong visual and graphic skills
Strong knowledge of printing process
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Interest in the outdoors and camping
