Position Description

Job Title / Type: Digital Advertising Specialist / Full Time

Location: Overland Park, KS

Direct Supervisor: Ali Dopps


The Digital Advertising Specialist will support the Brand Development team with overseeing digital advertising campaigns for various brands managed by Insight 2 Design. As part of the Brand Development, you will be expected to collaborate with our business analyst, category business leaders and marketing team.


  • Manage, optimize and report on digital advertising campaigns.

  • Generate paid search campaigns

  • Report on the success of campaigns and advertising efforts

  • Actively analyze results of campaigns and learn “what works best” for each brand

  • Leverage campaign and sales metrics from advertising platforms such as Google, Amazon, Walmart and other sites

  • Maintain campaigns across various platforms

  • Work with multiple departments to understand the overall goal of clients

  • Create reports to show performance of advertising campaigns

In order to perform the responsibilities of this positions, candidates must fulfill the below requirements:

  • Legal authorization to work in the US

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Advertising, or other related field

  • 1-2+ years managing marketing campaigns in Google Ads and/or Amazon

  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Suite and Adobe Suite
