Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Creative Marketing Manager to lead our company’s marketing department. This person will deliver engaging content that propels our mission of brand obsession and growth.  A successful candidate will possess excellent leadership qualities and will have the ability to maximize the talents of their team. They will be rooted in creativity while possessing a skill set of excellent communication and business acumen. 

This role is responsible for leading the creative vision of our brands through developing all visual assets, brand messaging, in-store packaging and POP assets, advertising creative, and digital content and experience. 

Key responsibilities include communicating creative ideas to both supervisors and stakeholders, collaborate on ideation with fellow designers, brand managers, and with the product management and business development teams to deliver solutions that are timely and effective.


  • Lead the development and execution of the visual communication of the brand(s) and give direction to the design team for omni-channel assets

  • Excellence of craft – from conceptualizing, visual design, brand, user experience, strategy, through storytelling and business results.
  • Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications

  • Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up to date with the latest marketing techniques

  • Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual brand requirements

  • Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all produced materials are brand appropriate

  • Supervise and develop the department’s daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets

  • Ensure on time and accurate delivery of all projects with an eye for detail.

  • Demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.

  • Ensure high standards and quality across all work produced so that it is cohesive, consistent, and on brand.


In order to perform the responsibilities of this positions, candidates must fulfill the below requirements:

  • 5+ years of management experience on a marketing team

  • Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, business or relevant field preferred

  • Experience leading a creative team where you were able to inspire, mentor and drive team to reach goals

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Highly organized with acute attention to detail.

  • Strong and confident presentation skill with the ability to present to executive management.

  • Strong concept, typography, layout, hierarchy, and branding skills.

  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment.

  • Highly experienced in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Highly experienced working with photography and video productions developing creative assets, as well as, retail packaging

  • Well versed in digital media including new and emerging platforms.

  • Knowledge of best practices for both web and print as well as retail execution.
