Position Description

Job Title / Type: Corporate Recruiter

Location: Overland Park, KS

Direct Supervisor: Director of HR

Position: The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the intaking of job applications and resumes and sourcing candidates. 


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and understand various roles

  • Build relationship with local colleges to recruit undergraduate and graduate students

  • Source candidates on job boards

  • Manage all communications with candidates throughout the interviewing process

  • Conduct pre-screening interview prior to presenting candidates to hiring managers

  • Review and analyze applications

  • Participate in staffing related needs

In order to perform the responsibilities of this positions, candidates must fulfill the below requirements:


  • Legal authorization to work in the US

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required

  • 2+ years related experience
