Position Description

Job Title / Type: Club Channel Sales Manager

Location: Overland Park, KS

Direct Supervisor: Director of Business Development

Position: The Club Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for the managing the relationship and daily communication with our business partners.  This team member will foster a collaborative approach to mutual growth, primarily, with existing retail partners.

 

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales results by managing the sell in and sell through of various Insight 2 Design brands within the Club channel, including Costco, Sam’s Club and BJ’s Wholesale

• Support the Business Development team building relationships with existing retail departments, while identifying new opportunities for distribution

• Collaborate interdepartmentally to address customer and channel specific product and brand opportunities

• Ownership of executing go to market omni-channel strategies, collaborating with digitally focused team members in the Brand and Marketing departments  

• Analyze retail market data and relevant product lines in the current marketplace

• Assist with tracking KPIs and business analytics, turning insights into action

• Actively managing product price, sales and profit margins

Requirements

In order to perform the responsibilities of this positions, candidates must fulfill the below requirements:

• Legal authorization to work in the US

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Strategic Communications, Marketing, Management or other related fields

• 2+ years related experience  

• Proficient computer skills using Microsoft suite, specifically Excel
